The 90 Day Life Reset Journal is sold and provided by Reset Journal App ("we", "us", "our"). When you buy or use the journal or this website, you are entering an agreement with Reset Journal App. You can reach us at support@resetjournal.app.

By purchasing the journal, downloading it, or continuing to use this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the journal. You confirm that you are of legal age to make a purchase, or that you have permission to bind the organisation you are buying for.

The journal is a digital PDF download of roughly 51 pages, delivered by a secure link on the confirmation page and by email. It is for your personal use. You keep your own entries; we do not read or store anything you write in the journal.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download, print and use the journal for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, share, republish, sublicense or repackage the journal or any part of it, and you may not remove our branding or circumvent any download protection.

You must not misuse this website. That includes unlawful use, fraud, spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, uploading malware, probing or interfering with our security, scraping the site, or trying to access purchases or accounts that are not yours. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account, and for giving us accurate information such as a working email address.

Reset Journal App owns the journal, this website, the layouts, text, artwork, branding and all related intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

We work to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The journal is a self-guided personal development tool and is not medical, mental health, legal or financial advice.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the journal or this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if a payment is reversed or unpaid, if there is a fraud or security risk, or if you repeatedly or seriously break our acceptable use rules. Refunded and disputed purchases have their download access revoked. If your access ends, any files you already downloaded remain on your own device.

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and disputes will be heard by the courts of Ontario, Canada. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a business sale or reorganisation.
