Refund Policy

Reset Journal App offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the 90 Day Life Reset Journal. If the journal is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@resetjournal.app and we will arrange it for you.

Once a refund is approved, the money returns to your original payment method — usually within a few business days, depending on your bank. Because the journal is a digital download, your secure download link and any account access to the file stop working once the refund is issued. The same applies if a payment is disputed with your card provider.

If your link did not arrive or will not open, you do not need a refund to fix it — use the resend page to have your download link emailed again, or contact support@resetjournal.app and we will get your copy to you.

If you bought the journal through Etsy or another marketplace rather than this site, that marketplace handles the refund under its own policy. Contact us at support@resetjournal.app if you are unsure where your order was placed.
